MY STORY
Raised on the Canadian prairies with the heart of a city girl and a love of European history and culture, my journey as an embodied speaking voice coach is a medley of diverse influences.

With an unusual name that demands clarity and constant explanation, the concept of clear and resonant speech has always been paramount to me. Born to a family of educators, the importance of articulation was instilled from an early age. Having traversed continents and cultures, standing out became a familiar experience, fostering compassion and understanding for those seeking their unique voice.

Attention to detail was a passion, diving into the intricacies of anatomy, physiology, and phonetics—unlocking the secrets of speech. For 13 transformative years in the UK, I honed my craft at several top institutions, training actors in musical theatre and specializing in accent refinement for ESL speakers. My expertise now guides a diverse array of clients, from aspiring performers and professionals to educators and beyond, instilling confidence and unlocking the potential of their voices.

Grounded in a holistic, embodied approach, I facilitate a harmonious relationship between mind, body, and voice with each client, weaving creativity and curiosity into every lesson. Armed with a BA in Theatre Studies from UBC, an MA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and an abundance of ongoing professional development with globally recognized teachers, I craft bespoke strategies for my clients, fostering a journey of growth and empowerment for each unique voice I encounter.
