These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Laurann J Brown, a speaking voice coach based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We agree to provide public speaking coaching services as described on our website and as agreed upon in any written or verbal communication.
2. Payment
Payment for our services shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement between the parties. Any additional expenses incurred during the provision of services will be discussed and agreed upon with the client.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Sessions shall be scheduled in advance and may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the coaching sessions, including but not limited to exercises, recordings, and written content, are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except where required by law.
6. Disclaimer
The services provided by Laurann J. Brown are for educational and coaching purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. We recommend consulting a qualified healthcare or mental health professional for specific concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings,
and representations.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
