A Grounding Workshop for Body, Breath & Voice
Join me for a gentle, embodied workshop designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself during a busy and often demanding season.
Over two hours, we’ll work with simple movement, breath awareness, and voice to release tension, restore ease, and support a more grounded, present state of being. The session is carefully guided and adaptable, with no pressure to perform or get anything “right.”
This workshop is for people who are feeling worn down, over-extended, or disconnected from their bodies and voices, and who are craving a moment of spaciousness before the holidays.
No prior experience with movement, voice, or somatic practices is needed — everything is optional and accessible.
You can expect a calm, supportive space where the focus is on listening inward, meeting yourself with kindness, and leaving feeling more settled, clear, and resourced.
